Placing an order All orders are protected by an 128 bit encryption system of all data you supply whilst making the order. After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation, this does not constitute and contract between us (the supplier) and you (the purchaser). A contract will only be formed once we have confirmed all details supplied by you are correct and the stock ordered is available and we have debited your credit or debit card. The above clause is in place to protect us (the supplier) in case any mistakes have been made in respect of pricing, description, availability, size etc. Should a mistake arise, we will contact you as soon as possible with the correct details, and advise you on any increase or decrease in price compared to the invoice value. Although our web site is updated on a regular basis, stock can be sold out quickly. If in the event we cannot fulfil your complete order we will advise you via e mail or telephone of any shortages, and give you a date when the item will be available again. Privacy policy Complete marines will not under any circumstances divulge details of our customers to any third party, unless it is to satisfy a direct delivery order, and in this case only relevant information such as name address and telephone number will be passed on. Delivery and shipping All live stock is handled and packaged in a professional manner, however we can not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered whilst in transit, and all deliveries are undertaken at the customer’s risk. Please check ALL items prior to signing for them, once goods are signed for in good condition no claims for losses or shortages will be considered. Normally your live stock order will be shipped the same day the order is received or the day after depending on when the order is received, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there will be someone at the delivery address to receive the goods and sign for them. Please note deliveries to Ireland and Scotland may incur extra delivery charges, please call for details. Returns Policy Complete marines will not accept ANY returns of live stock for what ever reason. We will however accept any unwanted or incorrectly ordered items, this excludes items that have been subject to a special order by the customer, or items made to order etc. A re stocking charge of 25% will apply to all returns. Returns must be made at the customers expense, and only ONCE agreement has been sought from complete marines. All returns must be in their original packaging, unused and unopened. Guarantees All non live stock goods are supplied with the manufacturer’s normal warranty; this however does not include consumables. Complete marines make on warranty as to the suitability of any live stock or dry goods purchased for a particular purpose, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure suitability of the item purchased. Taxes Vat at the prevailing rate currenty 17.5%, has been added to all prices where applicable |
